This procedure will vary depending on the application you work with each time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Copy <\/strong>the HTML Embed code so as to insert it in your Bb course.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/files\/2015\/07\/Paste-HTML-Embed-Code1.png\" rel=\"lightbox-4\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Paste - HTML Embed Code\" src=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/files\/2015\/07\/Paste-HTML-Embed-Code1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"323\" \/><\/a><\/strong><strong>Paste the HTML code into an Item<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With the Embed code copied, visit a <strong>content area (i.e. Presentations) <\/strong>in your Bb course. To learn more about how to create Content Areas click <strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Add\/Remove Content\" href=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/addremove-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Create an <strong>Item <\/strong>(Build Content&gt;Item).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enter a <strong>Name <\/strong>for the Item.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Click the <strong>HTML Code View<\/strong> button in the content editor-VTBE.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Paste <\/strong>the code in the <strong>HTML Code View window<\/strong> that pops-up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In case the link to the URL starts with &#8220;http:\/\/&#8221; instead of &#8220;https:\/\/&#8221;, remove the &#8220;http:\/\/&#8221; completely, because it will not work correctly if you don&#8217;t.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hit <strong>Update.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hit <strong>Submit.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A<strong> success <\/strong>message will come up. You may need to refresh the page so as to see the changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To perform any changes in the Item, you need to <strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Create\/Edit an Item\" href=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/create-item\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Edit<\/a> <\/strong>it via the menu next to it. Then, click the <strong>HTML Code View button<\/strong> again for the pop up window to come up.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/div><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><div role=\"header\">ACG Library<\/div><div role=\"content\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Access Library Databases <strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"ACG John S. Bailey Library Databases\" href=\"http:\/\/library.acg.edu\/databases\/title\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Use your <strong>myACG ID<\/strong> and <strong>PIN <\/strong>to log in if you are off Campus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moreover, you are able to access EZproxy, a new system to access ACG Library off Campus. Again use the <strong>myACG ID<\/strong> and <strong>PIN <\/strong>to login. Now you can\u00a0upload documents directly from your preferred <strong>Cloud Storage<\/strong>. You\u00a0can drag one or more files from your computer to the highlighted Attachments area. \u00a0If the browser allows, you can drag a folder of files and the files will upload individually.
