This application allows instructors to create a Teams meeting and share it with their students. The meeting launches directly within each course.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-size: 14px; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">In order to see the MS Teams as a folder in your content menu you will need to add content ( Click<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/addremove-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> here<\/a> to see how we add content). You can place it<span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-size: 14px; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> at whatever order you like. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent; font-size: 14px;\">There are two ways to add a MS Teams meeting link.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent; font-size: 14px;\">The first way is to add the meeting link via the<strong> &#8220;Tools&#8221;<\/strong> button of the content area. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent; font-size: 14px;\">Please follow the steps below for this process (<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;\">After you have created a folder in the course menu<\/span>):<\/span><\/p><div><ul style=\"font-size: 14.6667px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0<strong>Place the MS Teams link in the content area <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;\">\u2013 Roll over the &#8220;Tools&#8221; and choose MS Teams. Then, add a name for the meeting in the VTBE box (i.e. Tuesday&#8217;s Class) . You can also set Date Restrictions to make the link available at the desirable date. <br \/>Then, click &#8220;Submit&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff9933;\">Click the MS Teams link<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;\">\u2013 In the content area now you will see the link you just created. <strong>Click it to launch<\/strong> the MS Teams for Blackboard and then <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Sign in&#8221;<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
