Just click the \u201c<strong>Forgot Your Password?<\/strong>\u201d link on the Blackboard login page. A new window pops up. Enter your ACG Network username and password information. Through the IRM Helpdesk, you can submit incidents for technical support, track your service history, and access resources to help resolve IT problems.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Login and Set up your ACG Helpdesk user account<\/strong><\/p><p>Visit the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.acg.edu\/Login.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer lightbox-4\"><strong>IRM Helpdesk<\/strong><\/a> web page to set up your user account.
