If you see that there are students that are missing from your BB site you are to enroll them. Click the <strong>Find<\/strong> <strong>Users<\/strong> <strong>to<\/strong> <strong>Enroll<\/strong> button and in the window that comes up, type in the ID number or the last name of the person you want to add by using the search engine. If duplicate names are listed, be sure to check the ID number of your student which is unique. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/files\/2014\/10\/Capture134.png\" rel=\"lightbox-1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1571\" title=\"User Properties\" src=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/files\/2014\/10\/Capture134.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"532\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You are able to change certain criteria of the users by clicking the arrow next to the username of the course participant. A pop up window (contextual menu) appears with the options of <strong>Change<\/strong> <strong>User\u2019s<\/strong> <strong>Role<\/strong> <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>Course<\/strong> (i.e. Course Builder, Grader, Instructor, Student, Teaching Assistant and Guest), <strong>Change<\/strong> <strong>User\u2019s<\/strong> <strong>Availability<\/strong> <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>Course<\/strong> (i.e. Yes or No) and <strong>Remove<\/strong> <strong>Users<\/strong> <strong>from<\/strong> <strong>Course<\/strong> (to remove the user from your container.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Check your roster comparing the class list you received from the Registrar\u2019s Office, with your BB site after the student enrollment by visiting Control Panel &gt;\u00a0Users and Groups &gt;\u00a0Users.
