The instructor can easily access both the assignment and the review and save them if he wants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">To Create an Assessment:<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acg.edu\/web\/blackboard\/files\/2014\/10\/Assignments.png\" rel=\"lightbox-0\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2756\" title=\"Assignments\" a content area and point to\u00a0Assessments\u00a0on the action bar to access the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Select\u00a0<strong>Self and Peer Assessment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Type the name of the Assessment in the <strong>Name<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Type Instructions in the text editor (Optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Set the\u00a0Submission Start Date\u00a0and\u00a0Submission End Date\u00a0by using the date and time fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Set the\u00a0Start Date\u00a0and\u00a0End Date\u00a0for the peer evaluations by using the date and time fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can allow <strong>Anonymous Evaluations<\/strong> if you want.<\/li>\n<li>You can allow Self Evaluations if you want.<\/li>\n<li>You can allow submitters to view their own evaluation results.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Number of Submissions to Evaluate<\/strong> select how many assignments of their peer , each student is expected to evaluate.<\/li>\n<li>Set availability of the assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Track number of views by selecting yes.<\/li>\n<li>Select when the content is available with <strong>Display After<\/strong> and <strong>Display Until<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a want.<\/li>\n<li>Click the contextual menu of that assignment and select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>While on the Assessment Page, click <strong>Assessment Canvas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Then click Create Question on the action bar.<\/li>\n<li>While on the add question page, provide the information of the question.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a model answer for the specific question.<\/li>\n<li>In order to make the question available, click <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to add criteria to a question:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the content area, that has the assessment you want.<\/li>\n<li>Click the contextual menu of that assignment and select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>While on the Assessment Page, click <strong>Assessment Canvas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>While on the Assessment canvas page, click Criteria from a questions contextual menu.<\/li>\n<li>While on the criteria page, type criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a value to the points possible field.<\/li>\n<li>In the Assign points section, select all or nothing.<\/li>\n<li>In the Allow Feedback to User section select Yes\/No.<\/li>\n<li>Click Submit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to complete an Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access an assessment by clicking the View\/Complete Assessment link.<\/li>\n<li>While on the take assessment page, select a question link.<\/li>\n<li>Provide an appropriate response to that question.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally attach one or more files, either from your computer or from inside the course container.<\/li>\n<li>Type a <strong>Link Title<\/strong> and then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat this procedure until all the questions are answered.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Import an Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access a content area and then move the mouse cursor over Assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Self and Peer Assessments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>While on the <strong>Create Self and Peer Assessment<\/strong> page, select<strong> Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Browse<\/strong> and select the assessment file.<\/li>\n<li>Type a optional name for the assessment or leave it blank to be replaced by the name of the imported assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Export an Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the content area, that has the assessment you want to export.<\/li>\n<li>From the contextual menu of the assessment, select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>While in the edit page, click <strong>Export
