DEREE alumna Aphrodite Stathi (’00) visited DEREE to share with students her work and experience with V+O Communication, which provides DEREE students with numerous internship opportunities.
Ms Stathi, who earned her BSc in Psychology from DEREE, is now Director of Business Development & Corporate Affairs at V+O Communication. She told students that public relations can be a rewarding career but “you have to give it your all.” In her talk on campus on February 27th, Ms. Stathi said that success in work, as in life, is dependent upon living up to commitments and using your time well.
The event was organized by DEREE’s Communication Department and Communication students at the Center for the Arts auditorium.
