Thodoris Michopoulos (DEREE ’05, BSc Business Administration), and Nora Aczel, Human Resources (HR) specialists at Adidas Hellas, gave students an overview of how HR hire people during a visit to DEREE’s Aghia Paraskevi campus on March 6th.
Ms. Aczel said that it is important for young people to figure out what they want in life and then find an employer who will help them achieve their goals. Mr Michopoulos underlined that people should take application rejections in stride, since a rejection just means a candidate wasn’t the right fit for a specific position.
The event was organized by the Communication Department and Communication students.
