Congratulations to DEREE’s 14 year-old swimmer Apostolos Kaprinis, who won third place in the 2014 Panhellenic swimming championships competing in the 50m-backstroke Pampaidon division. “Hard work pays off,” said Theodore Priskomatis, Director of Athletics at ACG, when sharing the news of this achievement, “and I am sure we will celebrate more successes in the near future.”
Congratulations are also in order for the newly-formed DEREE boys basketball team, which won its first and second games of the season in the 13th ESKA Group of the Greek Basketball Federation Boys Championships, playing against K.A.P. (59-36) and Kallitechnoupolis (102-19!) respectively.
