The DEREE Office of Admissions would like to express gratitude to its alumni for their significant contribution to Discover DEREE Day events during April, July, September and October 2014.

A special thank you to DEREE and PIERCE Alumni: Tonia Aroni, HR Associate Manager, Product Supply, Procter & Gamble Greece, DEREE ‘06, Elly Andriopoulou, Chief Operating Officer, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, DEREE ‘97, Mary Bitouni, Owner/Managing Director, Humanis, PIERCE ’84, DEREE ‘89, and Makis Kosmatos, Managing Director of South Eastern Europe for Johnson & Johnson as well as Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Hellas, DEREE 1990 for their contribution in helping communicate the value of obtaining a DEREE Degree.

They shared their experience and described the advantages gained by being a student and a graduate, which has helped them shape their career path.

During Discover DEREE Day, prospective applicants, parents and career advisers visit the College in order to explore the campus, learn about its academic programs, take a class, find out about the financial assistance and scholarship programs and explore the reasons why DEREE is the right place for them to earn their Bachelor’s degree.

DEREE invites alumni to participate in future Discover DEREE Day events, by presenting and sharing their career success story with prospective students in the form of a short presentation: ‘An Alumnus/a Perspective: A DEREE alumnus/a talks about what studying at DEREE meant for his/her career’
