The American College of Greece’s alumni occupy a number of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) positions in the local business market, as evidenced from participation in the panel discussions as well as speaker presentations at the CSR in Action II conference, organized by Boussias Communications, which took place at the Maroussi Plaza Amphitheater in February.
Speaking at the event, which examined trends and practices in CSR were Sissy Theofanopoulou (DEREE ’02), Corporate Marketing Coordinator at 3M, Sylvia Kourkouli (PIERCE ’02), who is Director of CSR at Alpha Bank, Rania Soulaki (PIERCE ’75), the Group CSR Director at Hellenic Petroleum SA, George Tsompanidis (DEREE ’00), Group Marketing Director at Dodoni Ice Cream SA and Group Marketing Director at Chillbox, and Konstantinos Liarikos (DEREE ’97), Head of Program and Operations at WWF Greece, who also took part in a panel discussion.
