On May 11, ALBA’s entrepreneurship center AHEAD organized a discussion on how startups can grow effective entrepreneurial teams once the founding team needs to expand. Prof. Max Oliva from the IE Business School opened the discussion with his interactive presentation that engaged participants and had them all pitching in three minutes. Then, in the panel of Greek entrepreneurs, Vassilis Dimos from Skroutz.gr, Michalis Gkontas from Forky, and Vassilis Nikolopoulos from Intelen Services Limited shared their experience with setting up teams in different markets, selecting and managing employees, and setting up structures that support the growth of their businesses.
