Art photographer Eni Koukoula (PIERCE ’83) and Kathimerini’s Art Editor Nikos Vatopoulos (DEREE ’84) presented Ms Koukoula’s work during – “The Voice of Things,” a 25-Year Associates event at the John S. Bailey Library Upper Level on the DEREE Campus on May 11.
Students, faculty and friends flocked to see the presentation of the artist’s latest work on the occasion of her recent photo exhibition titled “The Voice of Things” at the IANOS Art Center in January in Athens. The photographer discussed her views and artistic approach with fellow alumnus, the distinguished journalist Nikos Vatopoulos (DEREE ’84), Arts Editor at Kathimerini newspaper.
Accompanying the two was pianist Yiota Athanassoulia, whose soulful music completed the inspiring presentation.
