With close to 100 days to go, the nominations have now closed for the 2014 Alumni Achievement Awards (AAA) and will be considered by the Awards Committee – made up of ACG academics, staff and alumni – who will be selecting the AAA award recipients for each of the seven award categories.
May 16th was the last day to nominate American College of Greece (PIERCE, DEREE, and ALBA) alumni for the Alumni Achievement Awards, to be held on Friday, September 12 at 20:00 at the Open Air Theater at ACG’s Aghia Paraskevi campus. Nominations were cast online through the AAA 2014 microsite.
The Awards Committee will next make their recommendations to the President and the award winners will be announced on the highly anticipated evening of September 12th.
The 2014 AAA serve a dual purpose: to recognize the achievements of ACG alumni, while also supporting the ACG scholarship fund through the evening’s proceeds.
The ACG community will honor ten alumni during the 2014 AAA from either PIERCE, DEREE or ALBA (the latter for the first time) who have demonstrated vision and leadership in their respective field of activity and have shaped the present and future of our society through their achievements.
