In their first joint alumni event, alumni with degrees from both DEREE and ALBA came together on March 20th to network, catch up with old classmates and professors and learn about the strategic alliance that unites these two institutions under The American College of Greece umbrella.
ACG President David G. Horner addressed the alumni at the ALBA amphitheater on the new ALBA campus, noting the history of the collaboration between DEREE and ALBA, and emphasized that integration will add value to ACG, and also expand benefits for alumni who are the best ambassadors of the College.
ALBA Dean Nickolaos G. Travlos also took the podium, telling alumni he is a firm believer that DEREE and ALBA are the premier academic institutions in Greece. Dean Travlos also said he supports the vision of President Horner towards integration to which he is committed.
A panel discussion was also held with professors who have taught at both DEREE and ALBA and alumni who shared their experiences at ACG.

A networking reception followed at the ALBA amphitheater lobby.
