PIERCE – The American College of Greece’s Founders’ Day was celebrated November 13-15 in Istanbul, Turkey, and was widely attended by students from PIERCE and five other schools from four different countries who share common values and history.

Congratulations to PIERCE’s Pole Position Team, which clinched first place at the knockout speed race of the FI World Championships for Schools, which took place in Abu Dhabi, UAE at the end of last year. In the driver’s seat for the knockout speed race was Konstantinos Chondrogiannis.

PIERCE Basketball students also make basketball dream come true
Kudos to six PIERCE students who are on swimming scholarships and won 15 medals (8 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze) at the 22nd Christmas Cup that took place in Patra 12-14 December. The swimmers, who are also part of the DEREE College Athletic Club (DCAC), made impressive times, some even breaking their own personal records.
