The annual Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) organized by Alba Graduate Business School took place on Wednesday, November 23. The focus of this year’s event was on Brain Drain, Talent Management, and Talent Retention (RCI 2016 survey special theme of questions).
The annual event included the presentation of the RCI survey results, as well as a panel discussion with Human Resource executives, including: Alexandros Fourlis, Managing Director at CareerBuilder; Haris Makriniotis, Managing Director at Endeavor; Martha Milona, President of the Board of Directors of SDADE (Human Resources Management Association of Greece); and Lena Triantogiannis, Partner at Egon Zehnder. The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Christos Koritos, Assistant Professor of Marketing, Academic Director of the MSc in Marketing.
The RCI annual event attracted approximately 100 HR executives this year, and the discussion was really vivid with the panel participants. RCI survey is sponsored by KARIERA, and it is supported by HR Professional and SDADE.
