An annual event aimed at promoting the wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. This year’s topic will be SIMPLIFY. The Fest will host sessions on Massage, Pranic Healing, Feng Shui, Making Laundry Soap, Simple and Healthy Desserts Cooking Demonstrations, Walking, and more. All happenings and activities are aimed at using alternative, sustainable, holistic yet simple approaches feasible to everyone.
