This month we had the pleasure of welcoming back several of our alumni to represent their current companies, and speak to students from majors such as Marketing and Management.
Infoassist
Our graduate Penny Andrikopoulou gave a presentation on “How a call center can help a company to create and maintain profitable customers,” in an Integrated Marketing Topics & Strategies class. Ms. Andrikopoulou graduated from DEREE in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing Management, and has been working with Infoassist AE since Oct 2002, where she currently holds the position of Call Center Operations Manager.
Reckitt Benckiser
Vangelis Moutsos graduated from DEREE in ’07, also with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing Management. Mr. Moutsos presented in a Sales Management class, on the topic of “Customer Marketing at Reckitt Benckiser,” where he currently works as Customer Marketing Manager.
L’Oréal
The Marketing Society organized the presentation of the L’Oréal Brandstorm student competition, featuring Irene Dimou, Recruitment Executive at L’Oreal Greece, as well as DEREE alumni Dimitris Beis (D’10), and Lefteris Simatos (D’ 12), Customer Managers in the Active Cosmetics Division, and the Brandstorm winners of 2009.
Adidas
Nora Aczel, Junior Director of HR at Adidas Hellas, held a workshop providing DEREE students with tips on how to conduct interpersonal communication in multinational corporations. She was joined by our alumnus Thodoris Michopoulos (DEREE ’04) who holds the position of Rewards Manager at Adidas.
