Create Blank Page
The Blank Page tool allows you to include files, images, and text as a link in a course area. Blank pages present content in a different way than items do. There is no description that appears below the title of the page. Users see your content only after clicking the link.
To create a blank page in a Content area:
- Open a Content Area i.e. Module Leader Reports
- Roll over the Build Content button
- Click Blank Page.
- Fill in the Page Title with the name of the page and select the color you want that Title to appear.
- You can add content in the Text editor (VTBE). For more information on how to use the (VTBE) click here.
- Click the Browse my Computer if you want to upload a file from your computer or click Browse Course if you want to select a file that you have already uploaded in this course (e.g. An audio file from another content page). When you create a blank page, you can drag one or more files from your computer to the highlighted Attachments area. If the browser allows, users can drag a folder of files and the files will upload individually.
- Select the Options you want to add to the Page.
- Click Submit.
